MINI- AND MULTI-SPLITS

Inverter-driven air-to-air heat pumps that enable precise room-by-room heating and cooling.

Consisting of an indoor and an outdoor unit, mini-split units are a tried and tested way of heating and cooling.

Originating in 1960s Japan, their evergrowing, worldwide popularity in recent years speaks volumes about customer satisfaction.

We value reliability, efficiency, and longevity above all else when it comes to the equipment we provide — and that's why we only offer brands proven to uphold those standards.

Mini-split units

While even our entry-level mini-splits can provide year-round comfort, mini-splits optimized for heating offer greater reliability and efficiency in harsh winter conditions.

Featuring oversized outdoor units equipped with defrost heaters and more robust inverter-driven compressors, these mini-splits can withstand outdoor temperatures down to -25 °C.

These units are perfect for heating smaller homes where a larger upfront investment of an air-to-water heat pump makes little financial sense or isn't technically feasible.

Like air-to-water heat pumps, they provide over 4.5 kWh of heat for every 1 kWh of electric energy, which makes them the cheapest¹ and greenest form of heating available today!

¹Based on electric energy and natural gas prices in Zagreb and a SCOP (Seasonal coefficient of performance) of 4.6, e.g. Hyundai Elite Inverter Plus. The average electricity cost taken into account is 0.059 EUR/kWh on a two-tariff billing plan. Based on that number, heat produced by a heating-optimized mini-split costs 0.0128 EUR per kWh.

Mini-splits for heating

Unlike a normal mini-split, a multi-split air conditioner is a type of air conditioning system that consists of one outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units.

Each indoor unit can be controlled independently, allowing for customized temperature settings in different rooms or zones of a building.

This setup is often used in buildings where installing multiple outdoor units is not feasible or desirable, such as apartments, offices, or homes with limited outdoor space.
